Terms of service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian acting for you, to place an order. Information you give us at sign-up or checkout must be accurate and current.

Catalogue and fixed pricing

Every product page lists its full price in Tanzanian shillings (TZS). Prices are fixed — we do not negotiate, run “make an offer” flows or honour bargained-down requests sent on WhatsApp or Instagram. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order, in which case you can cancel the affected order without penalty.

Placing an order

While our v1 launch is in effect, “Place order” creates a pending order and hands you to WhatsApp at +255 747 237 367 with a prefilled itemised message. Your order becomes binding when we confirm availability and delivery on WhatsApp, and we may decline an order before that point. When we enable native checkout (v2), an order will be confirmed on payment receipt.

Payment

v1: payment is arranged on WhatsApp using mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money) or cash on delivery within Dar es Salaam. v2 (when launched): payment is processed by a licensed Tanzanian gateway directly on the site.

Installment payments are available on eligible items only — see /sale-installments for the current programme rules.

Delivery

• Same-day delivery is available within Dar es Salaam for orders confirmed before our cut-off, subject to courier availability.
• Upcountry delivery (mikoa) ships through bus or courier within Tanzania; transit times depend on the destination.
• Delivery fees are quoted at checkout or on WhatsApp before you confirm.
• We rely on the address you give us. If a delivery is missed because the address or phone number was wrong or unreachable, you may need to pay a redelivery fee.

All sales final · no refund

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds. We do offer exchanges within the window and conditions described on the returns & exchanges page. By placing an order you confirm you have read that page.

Intellectual property

The PCM and Husnaty marks, the site copy, the layout and the brand photography are owned by us or licensed to us. The Reels and stills sourced from @perfectclothmatch_ remain the property of Husnaty unless otherwise indicated. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or republish material from the site without prior written consent.

If you tag us or message us with a photo of yourself wearing PCM, you let us re-share it with credit on our channels. Tell us in the same message if you would prefer we did not.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site to break the law, harass our staff, defraud other customers or interfere with the platform.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, orders or admin areas that are not yours.
• Do not run automated scrapers, bots or stress tests against the site.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate, available and safe, but we provide it on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by Tanzanian law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or an order is capped at the price you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. We will try to resolve any dispute on WhatsApp first. If that does not work, the courts of Dar es Salaam have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date at the top will reflect when. The version live on the site at the time you place an order is the version that governs that order.
